What if I don't know my exact attendance?
No problem! Provide your best estimate and our 20% buffer gives you flexibility to accommodate late-comers.
What if I need to add more attendees?
No problem! Add additional attendees to an event anytime. Add-ons will be priced at the standard tier rates plus a 10% surcharge. Add-ons are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my event?
Absolutely. You may reschedule an event without penalty to a new date that is within 90 days of the original event date. This can be done any number of times.
What if the Attendee Cap is reached?
You will receive a notification as soon as your expected attendance is reached. You may add more attendees if needed. After the attendee cap is reached, no new attendees will be admitted.
What's your cancellation policy?
Receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee if less than 10 attendees have joined the event.
What if I don't know my event date?
Use your best estimate and you will be able to adjust the date to any other date within 90 days of the original date.
