• SendGrid — transactional and notification email delivery.
• Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams — EventIntro works alongside your video tool for virtual and hybrid events; it handles matching and follow-up, not the video itself.
• Data export — hosts can export attendee data and connection reports for use in a CRM or spreadsheet.
